As a Chartered Linguist and fully qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists, I provide certified translations from French, Italian and Spanish into English for official use in the UK, including passports and visa documents, birth and marriage certificates, academic qualifications and legal documents.

My certified translations are prepared in accordance with Chartered Institute of Linguists requirements and are suitable for submission to UK institutions and government bodies.

HOW MUCH DO I CHARGE?

Certified translations start from £50.

A straightforward, single-page certificate typically costs £50, including translation, formatting, certification and delivery as a digitally certified PDF.

For longer or more complex documents, I’ll provide a fixed quote based on the content, word count and formatting required, so you’ll know the full cost before I begin.

Need a hard copy? Printed certified copies are available on request, with postage charged separately. Priority delivery is also available where required.

Send me your document and I’ll confirm the price and turnaround time before you commit.

Here’s how it works...

Step One

Send me a clear scan or photograph of the French, Italian or Spanish document(s) you need translated into English.

PDFs and JPEGs are both fine – there’s usually no need to send the original document.

Step Two

I’ll review your document(s) and confirm the fixed price and turnaround time.

If you’re happy to proceed, payment is made upfront by bank transfer and I’ll get started.

Step Three

I’ll translate and carefully format your document(s), then prepare the certification statement confirming that the translation is accurate and complete, together with my professional details and credentials.

Step Four

You’ll receive your completed certified translation as a digital PDF.

If you request a hard copy, I’ll also print and securely bind the translation, stamp each page with my professional details and include a signed covering letter, professional seal and Chartered Linguist sticker before posting the complete certified translation bundle to you.
